What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
The timeline for prepaid orders is 3 to 5 working days and 4 to 7 working days for Cash on Delivery orders.
What's the procedure to cancel my order?
You can drop us an E-mail at email@example.com, within 24 hours of placing an order.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Any order above INR 1099 has no shipping charges, orders below INR 1099 will include a charge of INR 75 for delivery.
I received a damaged/defective/wrong shade, what should I do now?
Simply drop us an E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'll be happy to do the needful for our dear customers.
What is your return/refund policy?
Kyth & Kin does not refund for the product once sold unless you have received a wrong shade or a damaged product during online delivery. Although do not worry, for any related queries or better understanding feel free to E-mail us at email@example.com. Your queries will be responded within 7 working days.
